Leave: 1:00 pm from Scout House - Jill'sCar
Travel to Cedar Point Recreation Area (Tow, Texas) to launch canoes: arrive ~2:30
Paddle to Garret Island: arrive 4:30 pm
Saturday, October 24th
Leave: 7:00 am with Sabrina's Car and Steve's Car
Travel to Cedar Point Recreation Area: arrive 9 am
Paddle to Garret Island: arrive 10:30 am
Sunday, October 25th
Leave: Garret Island 10 am
Arrive Cedar Point Recreation Area at noon
Drive to Storm's: arrive at 1pm
Drive to Austin: arrive at Scout House Austin at 3pm

Bad weather is coming: pack up and leave early

No pushing people out of canoes

Stay together (stay within eyesight of other canoes)
No horseplay inside canoes
Be careful if standing up in canoes
